After a busy few weeks of discussions and site visits, we are pleased to announce the venues for most of our 2022 national competitions.
You can find details of the events and dates on our National Calendar, but these are the headlines:
- National Titles Weekend – Ferndown
- Home Nations Qualifier – Nottingham
- Mens/Womens SSE 1 – Leicester
- Veterans Weekend 1 – Leicester
- Mens/Womens SSE 2 – Worthing
- IWD Weekend – Gravesend
- PE Open Triples Weekend – TBA
- Inter-Regionals – TBA
- Veterans Weekend 2 – Nottingham
- Champion of Champions Weekend – Whitnash
We are excited to have a new venue for our 3-day National Titles Weekend in April/May, at Ferndown in Dorset. Ferndown is just 25 miles south-west of Southampton and is easily accessed from the M3 and M27. The terrain site is a large former athletics stadium adjacent to Ferndown Leisure Centre. The weekend will be hosted by Tom Wilson and volunteers from the nearby Parley Petanque Club.
We are grateful for the support of all our venues, volunteers and organisers. Thank-you in advance for all your hard work that helps our events to run smoothly.
We are not yet able to announce the venues for the PE Open Triples Weekend and Inter-Regionals Weekend as details are still being finalised, but please be assured that these are progressing and we hope to have an announcement for you very soon.
