On the 31st October and 1st November Suffolk Coastal Region held their first two junior coaching days at Stowmarket Meadlands Recreation Club, organised by Youth Development Officer Kim Speed and accompanied by Paul Fletcher.
The days were attended by 4 juniors both days, who thoroughly enjoyed their first two coaching sessions. Both mornings started off with a 20-minute game to get warmed up and then went onto 4 workstations.
After lunch the juniors put into practice what they had learnt in the morning with another game and finally finished off the day with the same 4 workstations but in competition with each other accumulating points.
I would like to thank Paul Fletcher for sharing his coaching expertise with the juniors and also the staff at Meadlands for being great host’s.
Thank you Kim Speed for sharing what has been happening in Suffolk Costal region with their junior and we hope to hear more as they start to progress in their P.E. Skills award journey.
